Conditions of hire

These conditions apply to the hire of dance floors, stages, platforms, access ramps and related equipment from Larannark Pty Ltd trading as CorpraHire (ABN 21 603 257 085).

1. Hire agreement

A hire is confirmed when we accept your booking in writing (including email) and any required deposit is received. The hire period covers delivery, the event, and pack-down as agreed.

2. Delivery, set-up and pack-down

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery, installation, levelling and removal are included for the Perth metro area. You must provide clear access, parking or loading information, and any venue rules that affect installation.

3. Care of equipment

You are responsible for reasonable care of hired equipment while it is on site. Do not move, alter or dismantle equipment without our agreement. Notify us promptly of any damage or issue.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be stated on your quote or invoice. [CONFIRM: current terms. Existing hire conditions refer to cash on delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.]

5. Cancellation

Please tell us as soon as possible if your event is cancelled or postponed. Cancellation fees, if any, will be set out in your quote. [CONFIRM cancellation policy]

6. Liability

Nothing in these conditions excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for hire of equipment is limited to resupply or the cost of resupply of the services.
