Common questions
How much does dance floor hire cost?
It depends on the floor type, size and location. Send us your guest numbers and venue and we'll quote a price that includes delivery, set-up and pack-down.
What size dance floor do I need?
Allow for about a third of your guests on the floor at once. As a guide, 100 guests suits a 4m × 4m floor and 400 guests suits about 10m × 10m. We'll recommend a size for your room.
Do you set up and pack down?
Yes. Every hire includes delivery, installation, levelling and removal by our crew.
How far ahead should I book?
For weddings and large events, 4–8 weeks ahead is a good idea, and earlier in the busy October to April season. We also take short-notice and same-day bookings when stock allows.
