Pricing
How much does dance floor hire cost?
Dance floor hire starts from $500, depending on the floor type, size and location. Parquet floors start from around $550 for a 3m × 3m area; LED starlight floors from $800; checkered floors from $1,500. Send us your guest numbers and venue and we'll quote a price that includes delivery, set-up and pack-down.
How much does stage hire cost?
Stage hire starts from around $800 and scales with size and layout. Tell us what the stage is for and the room it's going in, and we'll quote.
Is delivery included?
Yes. Delivery, installation and removal are included in our quotes for the Perth metro area. [CONFIRM: regional WA pricing]
Planning
What size dance floor do I need?
Allow for about a third of your guests on the floor at once. As a guide, 100 guests suits a 4m × 4m floor and 400 guests suits about 10m × 10m. We'll recommend a size for your room.
Do you set up and pack down?
Yes. Every hire includes delivery, installation, levelling and removal by our crew.
How far ahead should I book?
For weddings and large events, 4–8 weeks ahead is a good idea, and earlier in the busy October to April season. We also take short-notice and same-day bookings when stock allows.
Can I hire a stage and a dance floor together?
Yes, and many clients do. You get one crew, one delivery and one point of contact.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes. We install stages and dance floors on lawns, gravel and paving and in marquees, and check the ground before we start.
What if my venue has floor-protection rules?
Tell us the venue when you enquire. We'll plan the install around its requirements.
What sizes of stage do you have?
Our modular staging uses 2.44m × 1.22m panels, so we can build anything from a small speaker platform to a large concert stage.
How long does set-up take?
Usually between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the size of the floor or stage. [CONFIRM]
